About our Gifts
Gift Presentation
Your gift card or package will be mailed in a Zender's signature gift
wrapping, complete with fresh eucalyptus. All orders received by 3 p.m.
(Monday through Friday) will be shipped the next day through the U.S.
Postal Service. All orders received on Saturday, Sunday or after 3:00
p.m. on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
Shipping Cost:
$5.00 for all gift purchases
Redemption Policy
Zender's is not responsible for lost gift cards or packages.
Gift cards and packages are not transferable or redeemable for cash or
credit.
Gift Card or Package Expiration Policy
The financial value of a Zender's gift card or package will
only be guaranteed for six months from the time it is issued. If you
do not redeem the card or package within six months, you will for responsible
for paying the difference in price structure. After one year, a Zender's
gift card or package can no longer be redeemed for services, but you
may apply it to Aveda™ product purchases.
