Reservations
Zender’s takes great pride in reserving individual time for you. Advanced
scheduling is necessary. To assure you have an appointment time that you
desire, we highly recommend that you reserve your next visit prior
to leaving.
Cancellations
We understand that your life is hectic. However, if you must cancel
your reserved appointment, we appreciate a 24-hour notification.
If two or more reservations have been missed or late cancelled in
the past, a credit card will be necessary to reserve future appointments.
Missing or late cancelling multiple appointments will result in a
charge equal
to the full value of the missed appointment.
Deposit
When reserving color, texture, spa and multiple appointments, a credit
card number will be required. A charge would only be applied for
the full value of the reservation if multiple appointments are missed
or not cancelled within 24 hours.
Punctuality
We understand that circumstances may arise that impact your arrival
and we will do everything possible to accommodate your service. However,
it may be necessary to alter or reschedule your
service as a courtesy to the next guest.
Children
Out of respect for your child’s safety and quiet relaxation for you and
other guests, we ask that no children be in the salon or spa at any time.
