Cancellations
We understand that your life is hectic. However, if you must
cancel your scheduled appointment, we appreciate a 24-hour notification.
If you have scheduled multiple services, we require a 48-hour cancellation
notification. If two or more reservations have been missed or late
canceled in the past, a credit card will be necessary to reserve future
appointments. Missing or late canceling multiple appointments will
result in a charge equal to the full value of the service.
Reservations
Zender's takes great pride in reserving undivided time for you.
We provide a friendly reminder call two days prior to your scheduled
appointment. If you do not receive this call, please contact us to make
sure the appointment is accurate. Advanced scheduling is necessary.
To assure you have an appointment time that you desire we highly recommend
that you reserve your next visit prior to leaving.
Punctuality
We understand that circumstances may arise that impact your
arrival and we will do everything possible to accommodate your service.
However, it may be necessary to alter or reschedule your service as a
courtesy to the next guest.
Children
Out of respect for your child's safety and for the quiet relaxation
of our guests, we ask that no children be in the spa or salon at any
time.
Return Check
We accept local checks only. All return checks are subject to
a $25 processing fee. All delinquent checks will be processed
through the legal system.
Gift Card and Package Redemption
Zender's is not responsible for lost gift cards or packages.
Gift cards or packages are not transferable or redeemable for cash
or credit.
Gift Card and Package Expiration
The financial value of a Zender's gift card or package will
only be guaranteed for six months from the time it is issued. If you
do not redeem the card or package within six months, you will for responsible
for paying the difference in price structure. After one year, a Zender's
gift card or package can no longer be redeemed for services, but you
may apply it to Aveda™ product purchases.
