Where do I park?
You
can park in the adjacent parking ramp. We validate the hours that
you are at Zender's.
How long does hair have to be before waxing?
1/4
inch which is approximately three to four weeks of hair growth.
For your safety and to prevent any adverse reactions,
we will not be able perform our waxing services if you are taking any
of the following medication: Accutane, Retinol, Retin A, or any other
Retinoid medication.
Can I bring my child in during my service?

What is the difference between a Formal Design and an Event Style?
The difference between a Formal design and an Event Style is how intricate the design is. Schedule a Formal Design if you are looking to have your hair in an updo or have very thick hair that you would like to be curled. An event style is perfect if you’re looking for a hair style more elaborate than a blow out and less intricate than a wedding style. -

should I tip?
The
tip you leave is entirely up to you. As a guideline,
a 15 percent tip is greatly appreciated by
members of our team.What should I wear to my spa

We
want you to be comfortable at all times.
You will be asked to disrobe, but you will always be appropriately
covered at all times during your service.
You will never be exposed, but you may want to wear clothes
that are easy to get on and off.Should
I let you know if I am pregnant?
Yes, by all means. Massage is restricted until you are out
of the first trimester. We also set the massage table with
special cushions designed to support an expecting mothers body.How early
should I arrive for my spa service?
We
ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes
early. This will allow forms to be filled
out and your relaxation to begin.What
